On 2011-05-21 23:39:30, I asked you to change your avatar to something more appropriate.
It seems that you have slipped down that road of "inappropriate"-ness yet again.

Upon collaboration and second opinions with the others in the C&A team (as not to single you out), it is clear that we all are able to view nipples:

Community Guideline - "Any images of pornographic activity or nudity - nipples, areola, genitals, anuses etc - whether intended as artistic, erotic, pornographic or otherwise are not allowed."

You have 24hr to change it to something more appropriate.
If you choose not to change it:
1. The current avatar will be removed for you AND
2. Your ability to display avatars will be permanently taken away from you AND
3. An official warning.

We have gone down this road before and the choice is all yours...

I disagree with CC policy in certain ways but the no nudity rule is VERY reasonable and expected on practically any non-porn forum on the internet.

Petty would be if I was advocating some kind of persecution of codie and looking for minutae to base it on, which I certainly am NOT doing. I have nothing against codie; I've only on very rare occassions encountered him in some peripheral way and have no reason to wish him any ill. Furthermore, I like a nice set of tits as much as any other hetersexual guy. I quite liked his avatar and would never have dreamed of complaining about it. But obviously somebody did, and after reading what's been posted here and looking at the rule I have to agree that whoever complained was correct. The avatar, however innocuous, did violate the rules.

Straddling the fence would be if I was posting an "I can see both sides" attempt at compromise. But I'm not. There's a clear delineation. If photons bounce off the surface of the organ and enter the camera lens, the organ is exposed. If photons simply bounce off of an artificial fabric then the organ below the fabric is not exposed.
