These 2 players had a 4-round truce which started after grunion accepted the truce, during round 11, on July 23rd. The truce was never formally extended, yet they have not been attacking each other at all.

Viriato2007's attacks on me in rds 28-30 seem especially suspicious, particularly after he admitted that yellow essentially has the game locked up. Viriato2007 is clearly not playing to win the game. His own words:

grunion is deploying 36 armies per turn (without spoils), yet Viriato2007 only focuses on me. I haven't even used my troops on the HD3 catapult because I am trying to save some ammunition to use against yellow. But there is nothing I can do, because Viriato2007 is making irrational, all-out attacks on me every turn.

Viriato2007's play is clearly collusion intended to hand the game to yellow. I would like to see this game cancelled, and this game should not affect the score of anyone involved.

i dunno what you expected me to do otherwise, i built huge defenses against grey and focused on the weakest players while grey was kicking your butt, seems like basic strategy to me
