You need do nothing more than join one or more of the TPA2 events that will be announced each Monday. Round 2: Unification Italy. Best of 1.
Round 3: Holy Roman Empire. Best of 3.
Round 4: Imperium Romanum. Best of 3.
Round 5: Poison Rome. Best of 5.
Round 6: Italy. Best of 7.
Freemiums are welcome. Just try to keep a few slots open if you happen to make it to the later rounds.
Matchups will be decided by normal seeding (1v16, 2v15, 3v14, etc.) Seeding will be decided by scores at time of tournament start.
