2 player games

subject: add 2 player games, this way, we could have the gray take 1/3, then all-out war.

no AI, just neutral territories so there were no bonus troops for the first and/or second rounds.

this would be good if you really just wanna challenge someone, dont have a teammate, want a really quick, 10 minute game, or to finish out tournaments an such.

2 person play option is already "Pending".
