[GO] Paratroop Spoils

My idea is that it would work the same as NUCLEAR but instead of nuking the region you do a para drop, the attacked region is cleared and the attacker automaticaly has one army placed on that region (from his bonus deployment)


I think this would be a fun game and would require a whole new strategy to play

So you've got Asia and Australasia, and what... you have to keep every single square defended in case someone 'paradrops' onto Siam and goes nuts?

Sounds like an awesome idea! Very much like someone dropping behind lines and spreading out.

This sounds like something that I would like to play, but probably wouldn't be the easiest to implement. I also don't think that a lot of people here would like this. I would give it a try though.

I don't know, what happens if you get a 1000+ stack? I don't get how 1 paratroop could wipe out something of that size.

You could have esc para, that would be good. Unless you had to drop 4 on your own 50 stack somewhere, that would make me sad, like nuking your bonus

I have heard of Paratroop reinforcements (viewtopic.php?f=535&t=128729&p=169075&hilit=para*#p169075), but this is a really cool idea. Personally, I'm in support of both ideas.

However, this one hasn't generated a ton of interest in 6 months. Furthermore, a similar suggestion (viewtopic.php?f=471&t=96234&p=2199286&hilit=para*#p2199286) has been rejected before. Therefore, moving to REJECTED.
