What map has the most/least territories?

I like to play maps with lots of territories so I'm wondering which one has the most. Which map has the least would be interesting as well.
EDIT: I counted 69 (Plus or minus a few) on the Earth 2.0 map.

Hive has the most:

With First Nations of the Americas not far behind:
