The lose switch has been flipped again
CONQUER CLUB MUST TAKE US FOR FOOLS !!!
Why don't everyone see, that this game, this site is just a con. I am now in my 6th decline, I go up nicely, win games, earn points and get promotions, then suddenly, right on time, that conquer club switch is pressed and guess what, I start to lose games, lose points and get demoted. Its not even staggered, it is a simple pattern that emerges.
It has nothing to do with the games you play, how you play it or how many players (tried them all) you will always go down, unless of course, the gods of conquer club like you, then that's a different story, hey I don't even get replies any more, I guess its because, I speak my mind and state the facts.
The reply when I did get one was "you only remember the bad games" Bloody Hell, give me a few good games then, then I may remember them.
Stand up like men Conquer Club and admit this game and site runs on cycles, the dice are not random, the drops are not random and you have full control, but off course you have control, its your site.
WAKE UP PLAYERS, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SUBSCRIPTIONS, PLAY FOR FREE AND PLAY BETTER GAMES ON BETTER SITES !!!!!!

Re: The lose swith has been flipped again
Couple questions,
1. If its a con, who is the benefactor of the con and you being demoted?
2. If the dice and drop gods are in our favor, is it worth renwing a subcription?

I will agree with you that there seems to be a pattern, at least I have observed this to be true for myself.....the dice will go as expected and then all of a sudden there will be a block of crazy dice fails that defy all logic and reason...shit like 27 v3 failing...this will last for a couple of days and then things go back to normal and the process repeats, process repeats.
What I have done is learn to recognize these patterns and well actually I'm not going to give away my secret of how I deal with it but lets just say that I have figured out a way to turn it into an advantage.

Re: The lose swith has been flipped again
I wonder if anyone who complains this much about dice luck has ever considered luck to be more and a singular quantifiable experience?
You get a bad drop.....bad luck
You roll all ones.....bad luck
You get a great drop....good luck
Your roll all sixes....great luck
However, consider everything in between. Do not think of luck as representation of dice odds or math at a specific place and time, think of it as a constant ebb and flow over time. Losing one particular game bc of bad luck is equal to the opposite, therefor they balance eachother out. In fact a quick look at your dice stats show you are .1 above the mathematical average.

I believe it to be a switch.
Other than that his spellings not that bad.
And yes it does feel like that sometimes. Get over it. Win some games. Play some team games. and keep your rank. (something that I currently are unable to do.) simples.

Answer 1. The benefactor is Conquer Club off course, the more you lose the more you play to try and win, therefore renew subs, pay money, Conquer Club - Benefactor. Its the gamblers message you always chase your loses.
Answer 2. No, and I wont be. If I got a refund I would be out now.
Thank Youi

Just as well your not a doctor then. If I lost through fault of my own, fair enough but when you lose because a drop gives your opponents bonus straight away or if you 16 - 3 and lose 13 - 0, how on earth can it be because I suck ????
Take the blinkers off and look at the bigger picture !! its not hard, really !!!!
Re: The lose switch has been flipped again
Hey bro, how about when other people are on their decline, you play them and bring up your rank.
You don't suck because you lose a 16-3, you suck because you are failing to adapt to the situation.

Well I don't know about other peoples declines when I play, unless they state and then on the rare occasion we do play, we just laugh it off on an auto assault.
And explain the adapt part, other than stop playing, what else can you do, Bury your head in the hope it will go away in a few days? or is that a theory I wonder ?
Re: The lose switch has been flipped again
Hey bro how about you play for fun and to get better at the game instead of obsessing about the ups and downs of your rank, bro.

Ok. My second diagnosis is, you're suffering from narcissistic personality disorder with paranoid overtones.
You suck because:
a) you've played lots of games and your rank is still sergeant. Players that have some talent for this game learn how to win enough to get at least to a captain-major level in this time.
b) you blame external factors for your losses and refuse to look at your own actions for your source of misfortune. Players with talent learn to recognize when their strategies do not work and adjust them accordingly.
c) you play game types that are more luck-based. 1v1, classic, doodle earth, freestyle, flat rate, etc... You refuse to learn from players who are more experienced and skilled than you, instead you throw tantrums when you keep losing. You think that there's nothing wrong with your strategy, and when you lose it simply must be because the site is rigged. You're so self-centered that you refuse to consider fault in yourself. When in fact, the few wins you have are due to luck, and your losses are simply because the other players know the strategy better than you.
JESKIER wrote:Answer 1. The benefactor is Conquer Club off course, the more you lose the more you play to try and win, therefore renew subs, pay money, Conquer Club - Benefactor. Its the gamblers message you always chase your loses.
This is not logically sound. If Conquer club was rigging games, there would still be just as many winners and just as many losers. Therefore, even if you figure CC somehow would "benefit" by making people lose games, they result would be zero-sum gain.
You're reaching for straws. For once in your life, take a look in the mirror, do some self-searching and learn to recognize your flaws and weaknesses. A weakness you recognize can be turned into a strength. But if you keep on throwing tantrums and blaming everyone else except yourself, you will never learn to become a better player.

Re: The lose switch has been flipped again
have to agree with most of the people here...(even Dibbun)....I joined September last year and got to Major around December and have held this rank since then....
this is ur problem right here out of ur 2186 games played 1510 of them are 1v1 games.....1v1 games are great when ur rank is low as u can find a few Lieuts/Caps and take some nice points....even some Majors still play 1v1 but that's about it once u reach about 1600+ points stop playing 1v1.....there is to much chance involved in 1v1 and all u need is one bad round and the game is over....
start playing 4,5,6,7,8 way games.....u can hav more then one bad round and still go on to win....also look for a doubles partner and start playin team games....once u hav established a good team play this is always a good way to keep ur points tickin over..
read some of the strategy guides for some of the more unique maps...(Feudal Epic/War, Pelop Wars, Arms Race, New World, Beta Maps)
most of these kind of maps on certain settings usually favour a set strategy...that if u are playing with 8 people u can always count on maybe 4/5 of the players not knowing what the best strat is and give urself a good chance of winning.....looking at ur games played it seems u are avoiding these kind of maps....trust me break out of ur comfert zone and start learnin....

i agree with the original poster and have been saying this for a long time
the pattern repeats itself over and over
you get on a little win streak then bang you get hit with horrible dice, bad luck for a long stretch
then you get a little win streak and then so and and so
recently, i had a half decent streak but now im getting screwed in most of my games once again

Re: The lose switch has been flipped again
I agree to a point on the pattern, dice are random generated, its not the dice....in 2 player games its the cards....win some the when you start loosing , its because you cant trade cards till 5....and not just a couple of games.....its like 20 out of 25...ive seen this happen at least a dozen times...now you may say dont play 2 player games with cards...in that case the game is based on placement, and there again...it goes to the other person....it is a pattern.....kinda like an old pacman game.
its a thought and dont care what anyone thinks

Re: The lose switch has been flipped again
and I dont think its on purpose, its just the software doing its thing, and the very high ranked people are, great players, lucky dice, and have figured out the pattern to a point... IE they know when to play 2 player and multiplayer games based on there repeated wins and losses.....and how to set up there games.
but hey its all in fun and i have more fun trying to figure it out too, than actually playing the games, lol

Nope, that's not it.
I challenge anyone, high or low rank, to predict their dice rolls. If the dice follow a pattern, why are you not taking advantage of it? Why not capitalize on it?
The thing is, the human brain is built to look for patterns. Our brains are desperately trying to impose patterns on things that don't have one, since our brain can't really handle randomness. Additionally, when you present a human with any kind of random sequence of numbers, it's 99% certain he can find some kind of pattern in them. It's just the way our brain works.
