Welcome Comrades to the 50th edition of the Dispatch!

This will sadly be my last edition as an executive of the newsletter as I move on to other projects but fear not as I shall continue to contribute and assist with the newsletter as a reporter when I can. As part of the special 50th edition we have an interview with the creator of the newsletter and entertainment team leader samuelc812! Among other things in the clans section, Master Fenrir returns with his popular Hardballs, in the foundry we have a review of doodle earth by Oliver FA and Dukasaur interviews Dibbler in the tournament section. I hope you enjoy reading the newsletter as much as we enjoy creating it!

[player]nagerous[/player] - The Essence of Newsletter Awesomeness

P.S. The Newsletter was in crisis this edition, upon attempting to put this together, I received the message "Your message contains too many smilies. The maximum number of smilies allowed is 40." Apologies to all those smileys that were brutally sacrificed from the edition in order for this to be published!

[spoiler=Interrogation of samuelc812]Q. Hey there samuelc812!

Hey nagerous! :)

Q. You used to be a Global Moderator, what inspired you to switch to the Entertainment Team? Do you enjoy organizing events as the Entertainment Dept Leader more than you did giving out warnings, etc., as a Global Moderator?

Umm absolutely! Originally when i was a Global Moderator there was no Entertainment Team, while global moderating was ok I'd much rather be organising fun events, creating fun graphics and such. Optimus Prime had a callout for Events Coordinator and it jumped right out at me, it took me a few weeks to tell him of my interest but i eventually did and made the switch.

Q.How would you describe volunteering as the Entertainment Team Head?

Challenging but it has its rewarding points, putting a new event out there and seeing people playing on a new map or a new tournament and having fun between website updates is really rewarding and I enjoy it.

Q. What has been your fondest experience on Conquer Club as the "Entertainment Coordinator"? The most stressful?

Hmmm. Seeing the newsletter go from strength to strength has been good, and seeing events become more prominent have been the highlights for me. Most stressful would probably be leading up to and at the beginning of a special event, wondering if everything will work out properly, mistakes frustrate me sometimes but all we can do is improve haha.

Q.What is your favorite part of volunteering for CC?

Meeting new people is a great benefit of being on TeamCC, there are a lot of friendly people. It's also been great to develop and practice organising and creating different things which is something i really enjoy.

Q.How has CC changed your life?

Well i find i spend a lot less time watching TV than i used to for some reason. I used to watch all those CSI shows but they really don't interest me anymore and i spend that time on CC. I probably spend too much time on here now but it's a good experience and why not spend your time on something you enjoy.

Q. Have you ever been tempted to schedule a team meeting at 8 pm just to get the Americans out of bed early?

That's an awesome idea! Kudos to whoever asked this question! :D

Q. Why Will Turner?

The Pirates of the Carribean films are some of my favourites and he was my favourite character from them (pity he wasn't in the latest one) so that's why.

Q. How would you describe the complex relationship between you and Orlando Bloom?

If i told you I'd have to perform some unspeakable form of torture on you ;)

Q. Favourite non-Australian television show?

Glee! Love the music, in some cases i think it's a lot better than some of the other music that comes out. Also the Big Bang Theory, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Frasier are also good :)

Q. Favourite Australian television show?

Ummm what Australian TV shows? I've never really been into Australian television (does that make me disloyal?). I've watched a few episodes of "Packed to the Rafters" but never really got into it, I hear "Underbelly" is also good, but again I've never really watched it.....

Q. Why did you select the username "samuelc812"?

My name is sam, i wanted samuelc777 for my e-mail address but it was taken and it suggested a few other options. samuelc812 was one of them and for some reason i chose it as my username here when i registered. In hindsight i would have chosen something different like Aragorn or maybe Megatron would have been good

Q. What has been your favorite Special Event to run/organize?

Tough one, probably the world cup events or easter up to this point.

Q. Coffee or alcohol?

Neither, coffee is too bitter for me and I've never had alcohol and probably never will (personal choice). Though i have tried this wonderful thing called vegemite :D

Q. What is your favorite map-in-production?

I'm really keen to see how Research and Conquer plays, it's been in production for a long time and I'm quite keen to give it a go :)

Q.Will you make another non-Special Events map? If so, what map? If not, what map would you like to make?

Someday I'd like to finish my Battle of Britain Map that i started a couple of years ago, but i don't have the time or motivation to do much on it right now.

Q. What is your favorite form of entertainment besides CC?

Watching movies. I really enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing games and just spending quality time with people it's great!

Q. When you were in high school, how would you classify yourself then (nerd, jock, popular, etc.)?

Probably the nerd

Q. If you were the sole administrator of CC, what would you change (assuming you were capable of doing so)?

I would hire several web developers and get them working on things that the community wants. If the community is unhappy and leaves than you have no website, so i think listening to the community more would be something on the top of my list. I would also introduce a vegemite emoticon :D

Q. What do you get when you cross the LOTR trilogy with Kingdom of Heaven?

I would imagine one of the best movies of all time, and Orlando Bloom would be a cross between Balian of Ibelin and Legolas. Something like Balleg of Ibolas :?

Q. If you had a regular piece on the Dispatch, what would it be about?

I'd love to coordinate with lack to have some sort of update piece with the webmaster. Every couple of issues he would update everyone on where he is at and what he's working on. Though that may give away the element of surprise that he tends to have with his updates

Q.What part of CC would you be interested in getting into more if you had an abundance of time?

Foundry and Tournaments for sure

Q.If you weren't an Entertainment mod, what Special Event(s) would you have participated in?

All of them! :D

Q. If you got to pick what color the Entertainment Team is, what color would you choose and why?

To be honest i would choose purple but a certain team already snagged it

Q.What do you hope to see in the future, whether it be features, add-ons, attitude changes, etc...?

Faster updates would be the main thing and I'm sure most would agree.

Q. What inspired you to come up with and head the idea of the conquer club newsletter?

I worked on the Tournament Newsletter back in the day when Gozar was heading it up and i thought it would be great to have a newsletter that covered everything. There was one for tournaments, and one for the foundry. Why not combine them all into one so that there doesn't end up being several different newsletters all looking for reporters etc. Having it all under the one umbrella made a lot of sense to me.

Q. What do you think is in store in regards to the future of the newsletter?

Growth, growth and more growth. :D

Q. How do you think the newsletter has progressed over the last 50 editions?

I think it's progressed really well, i like how it has evolved and even though there is more to do in order to get it to the level I'd like it to be at, i know we'll reach the goal one day.

Q. Thanks for your time samuel!

Thanks nagerous! =D> [/spoiler]

Greetings and welcome to Issue 50! Our beloved leader [player]jricart[/player] needed a few days off to take care of some family business, so I've had the honour of taking a crack at editing this section. I hope you enjoy the results!

My Meet the Tournament Winners interview this month is with [player]Dibbler[/player], and I must say it is one of the most dramatic interviews I've had the pleasure to conduct. Dibbler is not only a great player, but a really neat person to talk to. I hope you enjoy learning about his accomplishments as much as I did.

As the TPA season winds down, events are unfolding fairly slowly, so we decided to not have a TPA update this time around. [player]Angola[/player] will be back with a TPA update for Issue 51, but meanwhile he has prepared an excellent feature article -- the second installment in his continuing coverage of [player]Rodion[/player]'s WCCL tournament.

[player]Sonicsteve[/player] has prepared his Join This? Or Not! overview of tournaments currently recruiting. It examines twice as many tournaments as usual -- a reflection of just how active the tournament world has been lately. Who said summers are slow on CC? Certainly not us!

Meet the Tournament Winners! by [player]Dukasaur[/player]
[spoiler=Interview with Dibbler]Sometimes success, like good liquor and cheese, needs to be aged to get its full flavour. Today I present to you an interview with [player]Dibbler[/player], who waited two years for his first tournament win, and was then rewarded with not one but three wins within a 60 hour period. From the late morning of May 31st to the late evening of June 1st, Dibbler tasted triumph three times, and judging by his comments, it tasted very good!

The first two tournaments were team efforts: Map Map Master Triples Edition: Rail USA hosted by [player]amazzony[/player], which ran from January 15th to May 31st, and Map Master Triples Edition: Battle for Iraq!, also by [player]amazzony[/player], which ran from February 22nd to June 2nd. The third was a solo effort: Dueling Club by [player]InsomniaRed[/player], which ran from April 1st to June 2nd.

Normally I start with the tournaments and my first question is always "What attracted you to this particular tournament?" but I think we're going to deviate from the norm here a little bit and start by talking about you.

Sounds good. I have become very obsessed and addicted to this site. I'm on every day multiple times for many hours. I love reading the CC dispatch. Its a lot of fun and informative. It will be fun to be in it.

When did you first discover CC and how?

I was talking with a co-worker and good friend about how I loved all sorts of strategy games, both computer and board, and he recommended the site. At first I only played games against him 1 on 1 but I lost 2/3 of the games so we started playing doubles and it just grew from there. That was way back in December '08 and ironically he no longer plays but I'm still here having the time of my life. :D

How long was it before you got involved in Tournaments?

I joined my first tournament in March 2009 and promptly lost in the first round. I will admit that I felt intimidated by the higher ranked players at the time and it took me almost a year before I joined another tournament. In early 2010 I joined another 3 tournaments in a short period of time and again got beaten in the first round of each one. After that I took another break from tournaments. I had become a generalist, in that I was just randomly playing different maps so once I got into a tournament I would be outmatched by players who specialized in specific maps. Luck can take you only so far and I just didn't have any luck in the first tournaments I joined.

It wasn't until I joined the Pig Renters clan that I started getting enough reps on specific maps that I really started to understand the strategies was able to challenge players in tournaments. I don't know about other players but I found tournaments intimidating at first. I am a very competitive person and I hate losing. Those first few losses were discouraging and I felt like I wasn't good enough for tournaments.

And then suddenly, it all started to pay off....

Let's talk about some of those tournaments now. First one to start was amazzony's Map Master Triples Edition: Rail USA. Is this one of the maps that you've gotten good at?

Actually [player]alt1978[/player], was the one to sign me up for this tournament. I have played a bunch of times on Rail Europe and a few on rail USA but I didn't have any reps in trips and since the clan was a start up we needed to build teams and get reps on many different boards so I got recruited to this tournament. It was my first attempt at a triples tournament. Seems it was a good decision. A big thanks goes out to Dozer for signing me up, even if it was without my knowledge. ;)

I guess I need to clarify, because there are two possible translations of "reps" and I'm not sure which you mean. Are you talking "reputation" or "repetition"?

"Repetition." Since most of the clan had very little experience with triples and quads we simply needed to play more games. We also needed to find out which players worked well together, and we needed to identify good maps for use as home games in clan challenges.

I can see that. Pig Renters is a relatively new clan, and only began forming on January 9th. You guys signed up for the Rail tourney on January 16th, only a week later. So these events were all tied together: you were coming together as a group and working out all the snags and practicing in team tournaments at the same time. Sounds like you really enjoyed working it all out.

I loved the whole new clan process. I love learning new maps and even though I had played most maps, team games usually play very different to standard and 1 on 1 games. Something I had to learn quickly and on the fly. Going into the Rail USA tournament I had no expectations other than to learn and gel with my new teammates. The results were beyond my wildest expectations.

That is a beautiful-looking map, but very difficult to figure out. The next one you went to was Battle for Iraq, which is pretty much the opposite -- graphically ugly, but fairly easy to play. Is that essentially correct?

I agree on the graphics part. I have always liked the colours and design of the Rail Europe and USA maps. Very nice to look at. The Battle for Iraq! map is very brown and the colours are muted so it is not nearly as nice to look at. On the game play side, there is no question the Rail maps are on the harder end of the scale. Especially if you don't have BOB. Even with BOB it is easy to attack yourself into a corner and strand troops. Been there done that. As for Iraq the strategy at first seems easy but it has its intricacies. I remember playing it for the first time and forting my stack to a Baathist and getting it trapped because you can't attack out. That was really frustrating. In the tournament the skill is in knowing how to move your troops around the board and seeing the attack paths. That was a great tournament for me and the team as we went 7-0 undefeated.

You had a different team in the Battle for Iraq tournament as well. All Pig Renters again, but on Rail USA your partners had been [player]alt1978[/player] and [player]f.o.b.[/player], whereas in the Battle for Iraq tournament you brought yourself, [player]DogAlmighty[/player], and [player]Gunn217[/player]. Were there any differences in the way the teams worked?

You're getting into a touchy subject here. :D I don't want to accidentally insult any of my great teammates, however they were different. I would have to say that my team for Battle of Iraq worked more like one entity. We knew the strategy and played as one. There was a little less discussion as we had played a couple of games before the tournament and had begun to get to know each other's patterns of play. So much of the planning was figuring out the best attack routes to get a scalp. In the Rail USA we hadn't played together and we needed to discuss strategy more. We had to figure out which plan was the best and it took more planning. That also goes to the differences in the maps. The path we took in Rail USA was much tougher. We had to come back from a 0 and 2 start in the best of five finals.

I should hope nobody will be insulted; they are top-notch players all, but some teams are more naturally in tune, while others have to work at it. Still, both teams obviously got the job done, and beat some very tough opponents on some very tough maps, so all of them can be proud of themselves.

While we're busy insulting people ( ) let's talk about the Tournament Organiser. I'm absolutely amazed by how much work [player]amazzony[/player] does on tournaments, especially on rescuing tournaments that other people started and dropped. In fact, I believe the whole "Map Master Triples" series was something she rescued from another organiser. What did you think of the tournament itself, in operational terms like regular updates and clearly defined rules?

I really liked the tournament set up. They were reasonably quick tournaments, which is always nice, and Amazzony would send out the next game within a day of the previous one being finished. It was nice that it wasn't single elimination but not so onerous as the Round Robin style of tournament. If we had a poor drop or bad luck in the first game we still had a chance to recover. I would say Amazzony did an excellent job organizing the tournament. I have been in a few where the first round would end and it would take weeks before the next round started. I have even been in tournaments where I would get another invite and I would think "didn't I get eliminated from that one?" I would have to check to see what actually happened, cause I forgot I was even still in. I will get first hand experience with organizing tournaments as I have started up 2 of my own.

Okay, so those two were both Triples tournaments, but the third one that you won was a solo effort. Dueling Club by [player]InsomniaRed[/player] was a 1v1 bracket tournament. Tell me some of your memorable moments from that one.

This tournament was a lot of fun. I really liked the role playing aspect of the tournament. You weren't required to do any role playing if you didn't want to but because I was Neville Longbottom I just had to do a little. In this tournament you had to choose a character from Harry Potter on signup and that was your character through the tournament. Since I found the tournament late I didn't have a great selection left so I got Neville. I will admit he would not have been my first choice. As a redhead myself, I would have chosen a Weasly. When the first round match-ups were sent out many of them seemed perfect like Neville vs Bellatrix, Sirius vs Snape, Dumbledore vs Lucius, and Harry vs Draco. Since the tournament was a single elimination 1 on 1 bracket, luck certainly played its part in allowing me to win but it was a very fun tournament. The other most memorable part was that Red forgot that the finals was a best of 3 and gave out the winning trophy to [player]Mudpuppy[/player] after the first game. It was even more satisfying to have to wrest the trophy away. :D Fun tournament, great organization!

Lol, my next question was going to be, "Why did you choose Longbottom?" You're like the perfect interview subject -- you practically interview yourself. :D

And I'm absolutely delighted that you got into the role-playing aspect of it! I see so many TOs coming up with great themes for tournaments and the players barely notice. It is just fantastic to finally meet someone who jumps in with both feet and really gets into it! And it wasn't just you -- I just re-read that tournament thread and it seems almost everyone squeezed in a Harry Potter comment or two.

So that was quite a time for you. You had just won the Rail tournament on May 31st, and then on June 2nd you won the Battle for Iraq at 17:19:49 and the Dueling Club barely five hours later at 22:41:32. That certainly must have been an emotional high for you!

It was a great time. I was confident around that time I was going to win my first tournament with Battle of Iraq but I didn't expect to win the Rail tournament after dropping the first 2 games. The team just wanted to make it respectable. As for the dueling club, again I lost the first game in the best of 3 final so to win that too was just icing on the cake. I had tried many tournaments and failed to even get past the first round, that I was beginning to wonder when or even if I would ever get a tournament win. To get 3 in such a short time was a real boost to my confidence level. My wife must have wondered why I was so happy  . I even posted it on Facebook, and I very rarely post that kind of thing in status updates.

Getting a tournament win was a big goal of mine, to get 3 is far above what I had ever hoped for.

It's one hell of a story! I wish it would happen to me...:-)

Well, that pretty much wraps it up. Any final words: something you'd like to see more of/less of in tournaments or on CC in general? A shout-out to a friend?

I know lots of people work hard on tournaments that they create and a number work very hard resurrecting tournaments but I wish we wouldn't end up with so many abandoned tourneys. If you're gonna start one, see it through even if you hate it. Its a learning experience, if you don't enjoy it don't do it again but don't punish the folks who signed up in good faith to play. My rant for the day :D

Anyone reading, the Pig Renters are still looking for new members to fill our sty. Come have fun in the mud!

Oh, one final question: So how much does it cost to rent a pig?

Sorry that is between us and the customer. :-$ We don't discuss the costs in public. As they say, if you have to ask, then you can't afford to rent. :D

Well Dibbler, it's been tons of fun talking to you! Thank you for your time, and good luck in all your future endeavours![/spoiler]
[spoiler=Get Your Own Interview]One concluding note: when I volunteered for this project, I offered to interview "all of the tournament winners." How naive I was! I had no idea what a staggering number of tournaments there really are. Now I know there is no way I will be able to get to everyone. I intend to publish one or two interviews in every edition of the Dispatch, but even so I will probably only get to talk to about 5 percent or so of all the winners. My approach will be partially random and partially targeted. Some will be chosen because of their fame or amazing stats, some will be chosen because I find the tournament they were in to be unusual or especially interesting, and many will be chosen completely at random. I will pay special attention to those that are winning a tournament for the very first time. If you are looking forward to telling the story of the exciting tournament that you were just in and want to be on my list, please feel free to PM me any time.

WCCL Series Part II by [player]Angola[/player]
[spoiler=WCCL Series Part II]Five vignettes to get you through this edition of the WCCL tournament update.

Vignette 1

If I'm going to participate in a tournament at ConquerClub, I like to actually play games, but for some reason, eight folks chose to be managers in this particular tournament.

Some joined because they are leaders of new clans, some joined because they are nerds (they like fantasy football and baseball) and some joined because they are OCD (they like to manage things, apparently).

At any rate, I like to do all of the things listed above, so, managers, don't hate me for type-casting you.

Anyway, it's a diverse group of CC players that chose to be WCCL managers: [player]mc052025[/player] (THE Clueless), [player]dman007[/player] (Tonka's Truck Co), [player]TheSaxlad[/player] (Saxy's United), [player]Icepack[/player] (Blood Farmers), [player]pearljamrox2[/player] (Guerrilla Gorillas), [player]alt1978[/player] (Bacon-ators), [player]gradybridges[/player] (Whedon's Warriors) and [player]Fircoal[/player] (Johto Mafia).

"I didn't join right away," [player]pearljamrox2[/player] said, "but after a day or two I came back to it. ... I like doing drafts and auctions. I also am very aware of the CC community, and I have a pretty good idea of who is who. ... I play plenty of games normally, so this was a chance for me to have a little fun, without adding to my game load."

Seems like a fair idea.

And now for [player]alt1978[/player]'s (or Nuke Laloosh's) take: It seemed like an opportunity to sit on the bench and take notes in a notebook as some of the best players on the site played some of the toughest boards in the game.

Vignette 2

It's draft time, baby!

This is Dick Vitale, your favorite CC announcer here to tell you about the diaper dandies in this, the weakest of NBA drafts, err, CC drafts ever!

We hope for lots of trades to spice things up.

Despite all the Euros being taken early, that doesn't mean this is a weak draft - unlike the NBA version!

"Well, I will admit, I didn't have a real plan," said pearljamrox2, speaking for the Cavaliers and the Timberwolves.

[player]Fircoal[/player] agreed, pulling a TrailBlazers.

"Try to do my own stats and hope people did theirs differently so I could snatch all the bargain picks," she said.

Not to say, pearl or Fir were the only ones, by any means, who knew there would be such chaos between the managers? I did, but then again I'm omnipresent.

Anywhoo, [player]Icepack[/player] seemed to have a plan for everything.

"Actually, my draft game plan was to put up certain individuals who I knew other teams were interested in," he said. "And drive up the price - way up!."

And your now annual alt1978 quote: Before the draft started, the Miami Heat were in the middle of a seemingly unstoppable playoff run, so I came with the "Big Three" approach. Had I known Dallas was going to win in 6, I may have come at the draft differently, but I'm stoked with the squad I was able to pick up.

If alt is lucky, ESPN will declare his Miami Heat a dynasty, despite them not having won anything.

Vignette 3

Ah, the old mid-draft change-up.

It proves the greatness of any drafting manager, because it shows they can adapt to market differences. If I would've been a business major, I could probably understand this part better, but our fearless managers handled it well.

"Once I hit six players, there was at least four or five rounds left," [player]gradybridges[/player] said. "I only had 33 points. I figured people would use their money and be stuck with the privates ... turns out I was right."

It wasn't just letting the low ranks go, though, it was also letting the other managers screw with each other.

"After seeing the clustercluck that was the first round," Fircoal said, "I decided that letting all of the managers screw each other's prices up probably was the best idea."

alt1978: I don't have a super-computer cranking out numbers in my basement, running 323 spreadsheets simultaneously like icepack, but my single print out with highlighter notes seemed to get me through the rounds.

Vignette 4

Now, once you finally figure out your team, deciding who will actually play doubles, triples and quads is another matter.

"Most of the players had played together before," Icepack said. "I came up with 3-4 different groups early on so we could 'test' the home games, get some feedback from players, and ended up placing most of them in teams they were already familiar with."

While Icepack was thinking ahead, others waited until after the draft to decide.

"I had 2 Colonels (Hook2 and seamusk), who I knew could lead," gradybridges said. "As well as benga and a strong tourney winner in shoop76. I wanted to split those players up and have them lead and use their home maps as our home maps."

alt1978: That would be classified information that could damage my team's chances in later rounds -- if the details surrounding my dart board were to be made public.

Vignette 5

Now that that is all out of the way, we can get down to the fact that the team I'm on is most likely going to win - shame on the other managers for failing to draft me.

Anyhoo, some of the managers are excited about their prospects in the early going.

"It is very early to judge performance," pearljamrox2 said. "But I was happy with the team attitude. My players seem enthusiastic about being a team, and they all seem to be helpful and responsive."

Other managers are quick to point out how successful they've been, however, as their teams are rolling early.

"So far we've won the round, 6-0 with three games undecided," Fircoal said. "So ... I'm pretty juiced about my team's performance."

You know who is more juiced? Icepack. (Author edit: Or at least he should be, because I'm about to be 1-2 in my games, delivering our squad victory with that one win.)

"We've had some luck on our side with the drops, I know some people felt that way anyway," he said. "Our performance has been great - I think a few minor changes here and there and we can be much stronger overall."

alt1978: Absolutely tenacious. Overcoming a set of obstacles that would have made Candide step back and do a double take, our squad has battled back from the brink of defeat to hold a 4-3 lead with two games still sitting in the balance.

OK. No more alt1978. He went from funny to cliche mode in the span of four Vinegettes. Jesus, it's like Derek Jeter suddenly took over his body.

Wait, he said one more funny thing.

alt1978: ... keeping them together from dastardly managers like [player]mc05025[/player].[/spoiler]

Hello, folks! Fun fun fun for Issue 50! OliverFA brings you the next "Classic"; one whose asses are highly regarded in the speed world. In addition, I've interviewed [player]cairnswk[/player] about his map, Trafalgar.

Aside from that, the Foundry has been slightly more abuzz since last issue, so instead of a Foundry Talk topic, I've instead given you a link to the Foreman's recent discussion topic. Also, make sure to check out the Foundry Assistants Announcement, the Foundry Announcement Index, and, of course, Map Surveyors.

Welcome to some more Clan action as we have the requisite round-up of events in our respective Cup briefings, Bogan rants at the injustices of the kangaroo courts as a duet to his new home, Blackknight looks at policing within clans and Master Fenrir tackles an exciting way to reach the top of the totem pole in CC.

Also, keep an eye out everyone as we reach the Clan League 3 Finale where we have an exciting battle on our hands between 2 clans who should know each other pretty well by know after battling often over the last year, in both league and cup competitions. Agents of Chaos have jumped to favorites in popular opinion after being ranked Third in Div C at the beginning of their Campaign and while this came courtesy of comprehensive wins over Empire and Kort, Immortal Assassins have been similarly impressive in topping their group ahead of the selfsame AoC before thence overcoming Mythology and progressing to the final after overcoming The Spanking Monkey's in a tough encounter.

In the mix as well is some Spring-cleaning in the Clan forums as we now have an exclusive sub-forum for Challenge Requests to streamline the clan scene in a similar fashion to the Tournament forums.
