I can start, deploy, and end my turn in under a second...under two if it includes an attack.
Never tried to time while cashing in though lol.

I know I can in 2 if I've slept and have had a good meal, ha.

highly doubtful that you can cash in one second...my guess is it is 2 seconds that you are cashing in
