[CC2] Quarterfinals - KORT vs. FOED [39-22] - FINAL RESULT

[spoiler=Rules]- 61 total games
- 20 doubles
- 20 triples
- 20 quads
- Each clan member can only participate in 20 games per clan war
- Each clan will pick the map and settings for exactly half of the games
- The 61st game will be Quads on World 2.1, sunny, chained, no spoils
- Each map can only be used twice per clan per clan war but can only be used once per game type (i.e. once for triples and once for quads)
- There will be no freestyle, speed, manual deployments, beta maps, or nuclear spoils games allowed

Batch 1 games: 2 doubles, 3 triples, 5 quads + tiebreaker
Batch 2 games: 2 doubles, 3 triples, 5 quads
Batch 3 games: 6 doubles, 4 triples

Fog rule: "whenever the away team goes first in a fog game, they must wait 12 hours before playing their first turn, unless the home team has already declared they took a snap. If they fail to comply with that, they'll be asked out of courtesy to tell what the other team could have seen before that turn was played. There will, however, be no remakes or forfeits protecting this rule."[/spoiler]

fog rule..... lmao. we dont need no stinking fog rule. I can only speak for myself here, but i think the fog rule should be 12 hrs divided by the number of players per team. two reasons.
1) the more players per team, the better chance that someone will be online earlier than 12 hrs
2) the more players per team, the less fog there is on the map. sometimes there are no unseen territories, and if one gets taken prior to opening snapshot, it isnt that big of a deal. Nothing that players of high caliber cant overcome.

That is actually a compromise. I prefer to let people take their turns whenever they want and flip a middle finger to anyone who thinks an opening snap is THAT important. Guess what, it ain't.

But if that is the agreed terms, then so be it. lets drink to it!!!

That said, Good luck and have fun.

If i have offended any staunch supporters of the fog rule, then i apologize....... for hoping the fleas of 1000 camels infest your vagina. And I apologize for hurting your timid little sensitive feelings and calling you frightened cowards. And i apologize for not tying up my dog in the yard, and he chased you down the street and tried to hump you. You see, he has big ballz and chases all the b!tches he sees.

I never thought about it before, but I think it's actually (statistically) the opposite. There is less fog when you control more territories and a 2x2 should give your team more territories than a 4x4 because dividing by 4 leaves less remainders than dividing by 8, so a 4x4 has more neutral territories and, consequently, more fog.

As much as I love the sound of this, I think we still have a long way to go. We are facing one of the top players clans in CC and I'm being a realist. We still have much to prove.

Oh I haven't posted here yet. Yeah to the fog rule blah blah blah. I plan to break it in every game. I also plan on recruiting all-star sitters for my turns, and adding any disgruntled players from top clans now that the free agent market has been added to the CC.

Hold on! The good thing about being a member of KORT is not having to worry about complex things such as maths and division!
