Sometimes it is not in a players best interest to another players bonus. He is the weakest player on the board and he is supposed to break the bonus. Just because someone doesn't do the attack that you want or think they should make try to think if it would be in your best interest if you were in that position. I don't see any secret diplomacy. chets1 and buckeyefreak018 are CLEARED of secret diplomacy and the aren't mulit's either.
