Has anyone here played the Middle Earth on Lord of the rings risk? On it they incorporate strongholds which give a bonus +1 to the defenders die when they are on it. Just wondered what people thought of this and if it might get added at some point.
Just my 2 cents but if i'm standing in a castle/bunker (based on time period) i would have better odds of living another day then getting caught with my pants around my ankles in a hayfield with the milkmaid.

Can't change or give bonuses to the dice I'm afraid (to save you cluttering the foundry). Has to work within the current game mechanics.

you could just play at Grand Strategy (http://www.denizengames.com) where they use strongholds. they even have the map from the lord of the rings game.
