#1 Don't be the first eliminated! [Completed]

I wanted to have a world cup tournament but I wanted to make it rewarding and challenging, so I came up with this Idea. This will be the first of 8 doubles tournaments where the winners will get their first choice of countries and later who will be in their group in the world cup tournament.

All settings will be Automatic, Sequential, Esclating, Unlimited, and Sunny.

This Tournament will be divided into two stages the first will be simple in order to advance you don't have to win just don't be the first eliminated. This will continue until 4 players remain in each map. In the first round reserves will not be needed because after two invites if you haven't joined you will be eliminated. When Round two starts the 16 remaining players will be randomly teamed (random.org) into doubles teams. There will be an 8 team double eliminaton tournament with all games played on U.S.A. West to decide the winners.
