Take a look at the game log between 2011-01-21 14:13:06 and 2011-01-21 14:13:22, b00060 was able to make 17 attacks in 20 seconds. He either has a very fast internet connection and super fast reflexes or is using an automated script to play the game. Several of the attacks took place in the same second and I know that no one is that fast.

Are scripts illegal? I mean I just typed in the command prompt, "beat matjam". It seems to be working, but I have a few tweaks left so it can automatically respond to comments in the games as well.

Do you mean clickies? I don't think those are cheating. Cheap maybe, but not cheating.

Clickies are useful, and can make your turns a lot easier to take, if you combine them with BOB you might even win on stallingrad, das schloss, or any of the more interesting maps.

Automated scrips are cheating. Scripts like BOB and the aforementioned clickies are legal. Clickies remove the need for conformation, basicly you can drag your troops to where you want and they autoattack, and since dragging can be done quite quickly, it can give a major advantage, but since it is available to the entire community and published it is deemed legal. Especially since in itself it will not (is not supposed to) give you a win. Also the player still has to make the calls. An automated script just does all the thinking for you too..
BOB helps you see all bonus regions, and attackpaths, very usefull, oh and it is capable of keeping screenshots so you dont have to memorize a FOG game.

Although it is not illegal, i find freestyle to be no fun and in sequential it is not that big a deal.

Fair enough. In my humble opinion having a bot play for you in a game of strategy is lame. How is anyone meant to defend against bot attacks, it is impossible and takes the fun out of playing. I was hoping to learn some strategy tips by playing b000060 but I guess I've only found out how some players will win by any means possible, legal or not.

but he uses no bot...
if he uses clickies, then all he has done is remove the confirmation, thus speeding up his internet compared to you by 3 times.1 move a second is normal for fast internet. 2 to 3 moves a second is possible with clickies
if he is using a bot that plays for him instead of him playing himself, then he would be booted..

any how this does not give you much advantage i beat a lot of people before i used clikys. they used them. you just need a good strategy.

As what the others had already explained, using scripts like clickable map is not cheating. This is cleared. I suggest that you stick to playing Sequential games or if you must play freestyle, play with friends.

And quit with the flaming especially in this forum.
