nuking each region???

can someone help me out here plz. how does nuking work? can I choose what to nuke, where to apply the nuke? If I cash in a nuke spoils, how do I know what or where it will nuke? the instructions merely say - nukes the each region in the group - whats that mean?

whatever the name of the territory on the card you hand in will be nuked. Example, if I hand in the spoils Port Morseby, Jakarta and London, then those territories will get nuked. You cannot choose, whatever you hand in on the card will get nuked. Highlighted cards are the ones the territories that you own, so try not to nuke those.

Yes, and the nuked territory resets to one (1) neutral.
