I just now found the Fractured America map, which looks like an extremely epicly-amazingly looking map. So I've decided to run a very basic and simple tournament as a chance for those who have never played this map (like me), and for those who have mastered this map, as an opportunity to attain a medal. But beware of the strength of the underdogs. You never know who will emerge from the turmoil and tumult of fractured America.
Basically, you'll have lots of chances to advance, as play moves from 8 player games, 7 player games, 6 player games, and to 5 player games (so you have 4 chances to win a game and advance).
The Official Rules of Competition
*The tournament host has the right to change rules prior to or during the tournament and make any decisions to make the tournament more enjoyable.
*Random.org will be used when randomness is needed.

[spoiler=Quarterfinals]Quarterfinals
Round 1 All 32 players are randomly placed into a game of 8 players. Thus, there will be 4, 8-player games.
The winner of each game will advance to the Semifinals.
Round 2 The remaining 28 players are randomly placed into a game of 7 players. Thus, there will be 4, 7-player games.
The winner of each game will advance to the Semifinals.
Round 3 The remaining 24 players are randomly placed into a game of 6 players. Thus, there will be 4, 6-player games.
The winner of each game will advance to the Semifinals.
Round 4 The remaining 20 players are randomly placed into a game of 5 players. Thus, there will be 4, 5-player games.
The winner of each game will advance to the Semifinals.
As a result, 16 players advance into the Semifinals, and 16 players are eliminated.[/spoiler]

Round 1 All 16 players are randomly placed into a game of 8 players. Thus, there will be 2, 8-player games.
The winner of each game will advance to the Final.
Round 2 The remaining 14 players are randomly placed into a game of 7 players. Thus, there will be 2, 7-player games.
The winner of each game will advance to the Final.
Round 3 The remaining 12 players are randomly placed into a game of 6 players. Thus, there will be 2, 6-player games.
The winner of each game will advance to the Final.
Round 4 The remaining 10 players are randomly placed into a game of 5 players. Thus, there will be 2, 5-player games.
The winner of each game will advance to the Final.
As a result, 8 players advance into the Final, and 8 players are eliminated.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Final]The 8 finalists play in one, 8-player game. The winner is the champion of the tournament![/spoiler]
[spoiler=No-Show Policy]
- If, just before tournament games are made, it is found that a player has not logged into Conquer Club within 4 days, that player will be removed and replaced by a reserve.
- If a player fails to join a game within 72 hours, that player will be replaced by a reserve.
- Reserves will be called upon in the order in which they joined.
