Script for Notifications in BETA

Some of you may have noticed Kings Court gamechat has a live update notification with URL of the
post detailing changes. I did this using a script which searches for all active games and posts the
notification in gamechat - if people may find this useful I could publish it.

Additional option would be a mass PM but I think the gamechat is good enough, personally.
