Concise description:
  • Either delete these smileys ( ;) & :roll: ) or perma-ban anyone who uses them (obviously, mods included)

Specifics/Details:
  • See above

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

These smileys are so God damned annoying. Nothing says "I'm a prick" more than the use of these smileys.

To fill in the gap where these smileys should be, if they are deleted, here are some better, much cooler ones:

Also, we're behind enemy lines, because the Suggs mods are the most notorious group that uses these two...
