it seems u need to read rules for this GAME
it s a game with RULES !!

Rule #2: No secret diplomacy

Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand. Diplomacy includes, but is not limited to: proposing truces, negotiating alliances, and coordinating assaults. Secret diplomacy can be hard to prove, but if you suspect it you should leave the players in question appropriate ratings. If you feel certain about players engaging in secret diplomacy consider reporting them in the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum by posting a new topic.

LOL thats an idiotic thing to say. So every country who has had treatys or ceasefires while at WAR has been cheating???

My offer is a Non Aggression pact for the next 4 turns. ie I don't attack you, and would request the same in return. that way we can almost assure us as the final two

Ok. in the PM, you should see a little "!" sign in the upper part of the PM. press that, it should report the PM

i think i did it , is it ok ?

An excellent defense against cheating, if I've ever heard one. A lack of remorse with no intent to reform will definitely lead you down the right path.

Leads me to believe you might be multi'ing, as well.
