cheaters! ^---^ and vandal secret alliance

Private alliance between vandal and ^___^ in game 202791. It was a flat rate game with 4 players. Classic map. In about round 8 or 9 I noticed it and began watching for it. ^____^ took over N America with no border to S America occupied by vandal. No big deal.

But then ^___^ occupies Europe with no border to Africa, also occupied by vandal. They take out yellow and blue (played by me). No mention of any alliance in the chat whatsoever. Maybe they didn't know it was against the rules to have a secret alliance. But they definately did one.

you need to fill out the form mate so the mods will look at it
