i looked at every game they was in and thats the only one that not everyone spoke in a aungag other then english so im assuming thats the game you was talking about.

It looks like they are either multis or friends. probey friends as they pay a lot of 1 vrs 1 or 3 player

This one goes back to Rule #2 also.

Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand.

And I'm pretty sure not everyone in that games knows the language they are talking in, and neither one of them bothered to translate it.

Even though, CC is soo lame when it comes to punishment, all they will do tops is block them, and maybe a point reset if they have used it as an effort to gain points.

There is no concrete proof of FLOREZZO to have engaged in the secret diplomacy.
