1v1 Manual game-did not get a turn

I have never seen this in 1 vs 1 but for team games it happens all the time.

It can definitely happen on small maps. Not common, but it happens.

I played like 100 doodle manual 2 player games...did this to a guy once and had it done to me once over the games.

I think there is a game out there where someone didn't get a turn and it was a non-manual game.
