benjij is in Last place and he is a prmium member. He purposely deadbeats all his games. Juts look at all the active games he joins and then deadbeats

Best way to tell is if he is still joining games. If he is, then he is active but not taking turns and purposely deadbeating.

Or....

He could be pulling an "stdb04" and he joined a million games at once, and then got burnt out and left the site and will deadbeat them all.
