Dear monster 97% turn taker.

This is from original post in that tourney. The minimum requirements of it.

I reserve the right to not allow anyone without 99% attendance into the tourney without a good reason.

1. If you want to report a tournament abuse, you don't post it in the C&A forum where I do NOT have mod tools.

2. If you want to report a tournament abuse, you need to post the link to the tournament.

3. If you want to report a tournament abuse, you should make a coherent argument that does NOT use flames.

4. If you want to post on the forum, you should NEVER use all caps.

TO's can keep you out of their tourney's just because they want to, or they don't like you. Just because you post on the thread does not mean you are automatically in the tourney.

Sorry to go off on you like this, but this is a very poorly thought out post/action for a player who I've otherwise liked when I've seen you around games and the forum recently

B. You are on my foe list, but not my banned list(but that has changed now)

That is too funny--that was the second time you tried to join the tourney--monster did sign up --he signed up about 72nd in a 64 player tourney-his ignorance really amuses me.

shaneback was the 64th on the prior page--then you have about 8 more players joining(I did not actually count)-This is why he did not make the tourney

Like I said-I do not discriminate who makes my tourney except the now five people who have degraded my with vulgarity.

**as an additional note, there is no rule stating you must take players in order as they sign up. You only need to take players that have posted that they are interested in playing. I would bypass some noob that just joined or has a poor attendance record or is just a major pain in the ass.

In general most TOs consider it good form to allow those who join in order to be in the tournament but it certainly isn't required. A TO may keep any player out of any of their tournaments for any reason although once they allow them in they must allow them fair competition through (for instance I can't let HighlanderAttack join a touranment, have him advance to the finals and then ban him-as much as I might want to)

I am fair to everyone in my tourneys--I have always let foed people in and my foe list is at 100 players.

There have only been a few that went above and beyond with vulgarities and I just won't have it.

I probably should be banned myself from a few people--lol

I have enjoyed the success lately in your tourneys baterer--it has been kind of frustrating not doing as well as I would have like previously, but I have really enjoyed them of late--not enjoying no starts in the semis of England though.
