Game Type: All games are on Europa, 4 players (with the Special Qualifying Round possibly being an exception), standard, automatic, sequential, no spoils, unlimited reinforcements, with no fog of war, and casual game speed.
Qualifying Rounds: At first there will be two qualifying rounds that are 4 player games. If you win two, you move on to the next round. If you loose two, then you're out. If you win and loose, then you will play in the...
Special Qualifying Round: This round is a mystery (even for me
). It will have the same game type and everything, but the # of players in your game will all depend on how many people have to play in this round and how many spots they are competing for (I'll have to do a bit of math here but I think I'll manage 
). If you win here then you're in with everyone else (who will have a buy for this round).Semifinals: Normal round of four player games.
Finals: Another normal (unless you count the fact that it will consist of only the most skilled
RISK players) round where the winner of this game wins it all.

Matchups will be determined on Random.org. Please join your games soon. If you don't, I have every right to put in a reserve in your place (I have quite a lot of them) whenever I get annoyed. For constant updates on the tournament, check this first post of mine.
