Is this something you need to worry about, also is someone trying to get into my account?

Get this to a mod asap.

That means (at least, I'm 90% sure) that someone is attempting to hi-jack your account.
Don't follow those links either.

It most likely means that someone is trying to be stupid and see if they can get you to reset your password. It happened to me before a while back and as long as you don't actually reset your password or follow any of the links in the email everything will be fine.

As a matter of fact, if you keep your email password private you have nothing to worry about at all because the potential hacker would have to be able to access your email to do anything.
