These are suspected Multis or Secret Alliance
Suspect users: Fadi Arnaout & Ramel

Ramel joined CC on 01.01.2007. He has joined 4 games up to now, all with Fadi Arnaout (one of them doubles with him).
Both are from Lebanon.
They took their turns within 1-2 minutes, even in sequential games.
Example:
2007-01-03 23:32:18 - fadi arnaout fortified Kyushu with 3 armies from N. Korea
2007-01-03 23:34:07 - Romel receives 4 armies for holding Siam

156561 is 4 player game. The way Ramel plays clearly indicates a hidden alliance (or multi).

In game 156499 (3 player game) ec5times also wrote in chat "sum kinda pact going on here"

they systematically continue to attack not touching each other.
will the game be removed, if it's verified that they cheat?

i thought something was up with this game (i am in it as well) but since i am still relatively new here was unsure about how to verify. very sketchy play on both their parts, would appreciate if the game was removed.
