Didnt have time to scour every post so hopefully this question hasn't been answered already. Tried playing a couple team games and have a couple questions is it ok to kill team to gain area(if it has or hasnt been agreed upon) or do teams split deployment bonus if we both hold cont. together. Any other basics of team play would be greatly appriciated. Im a quick learner if someone has the time show me the how to's.
Thank you very much

you don't split bonuses if your team holds a continent. Generally you would want to agree who is going to take over the continent in the team chat first. The only time I would attack my teammate without their approval is if it's escalating, and I'm going to knock them out and take their cards to win the game.

Team games usually don't play out like singles games in that most don't take a long time.
As far a continent bonus it is a good idea to get your partners OK before killing him. Also sometime you lose more men than it is worth when trying to get that continent bonus. Just remember how the dice don't play favorites.

COMMUNICATE - COMMUNICATE - COMMUNICATE.
Have a united vision and SHARE troops. As for bonuses they are held same as 1v1 games.

Just to point you to the FAQ, as it has a couple of basic answers about Team Games:
29. My team holds an entire zone why aren't we getting the bonus?
In order to get the bonus for a zone one player must hold the entire zone.
30. How can I get a whole zone without assaulting my team mate?
You can't. The best thing to do is reinforce all but 1 of your troops from the region your partner needs, this will make it easier for them to take the region.
I encourage you to check out the
Strategy forum---as it might have some information and users who can further assist you!

Best way to learn team play is to ask someone you know is good at team play and communication, to invite you to games on his/her team.
