Who else likes this cheap and easy to make food originally invented by the Japanese?

It's a blow out so far. Like your colon after eating three packs of ramen.

Without it, how would bachelors and college students survive?

Ramen is the most culture I get in my diet. I've probably gone through 20 or so so far this year.

It takes like s***, and I can feel my innards wage civil war as I ingest.

Yet, it's better than killing myself due to no randomly at 12 in the morn'.

Can't do much about the stuff being in the cups. Besides, I prefer the packaged stuff. Also, there really aren't any Japanese restuaraunts where I live. A couple Chinese, but that is about it. So I make do with what I have available. 1 thing though, that some of my friends like to do with the packaged kind, is to drain the broth then add tobasco sauce. I really don't care for it, but others seem to like it.

Yes, Ramen noodles can make an inexpensive picture if you stick them onto some card.
Until they begin to rot.

I don't think you know what ramen is. At least your version of ramen and mine are very very different. Dough and knives do not get involved in my ramen.

I've never had instant ramen, any more than in the UK I'd eat Pot Noodles.

But what do you think noodles are made of?

Ramen. I wouldn't have survived Texarkana without it.

Perfect time to make ramen. However also when you have time almost anything can be added to a pack of ramen to spruce it up up, just last week I took some left over veggies and meat from a nice chicken cattitore and added them to a pack of noodles with some cheese. I ended up with chicken, mushroom, tomato, onion, garlic, and American cheese added to roast beef flavored noodles, it was very tasty.

I am with Paul.....excellent cheap / easy, decent meal ;o)

My freak kids like to eat the packaged kind dry out of the bag......kids......lol
