There is some crazy usernames out there, and i wanna know the reason behind them.

Ill start...

Alaricus means all-powerful, ruler of all.

And "The Great" means im all mighty.

Pokerastin8r has a double meaning:

1) I play poker "professionally." (It's my part time job with school).
2) I procrastinate in school because I am too busy playing poker.


Finally, I replace 'ate' in procrastinATEr with an 8 to increase the legitimacy of it being a username.

Thats cool so how do you play poker for school, how does that work?

My ancestor Hans Adam Stiefel emigrated to the US in 1752. So I took his last name. The Ser part I took from the George R. R. Martin books, he uses Ser instead of Sir.

I'm Serbian, and back when I was a teen a girl I knew thought it would make a "cute" user name, so naturally I had to use it, and now have been using it for years.

I have been forgiven by my parents for something that has happened in my life, i'd rather not disclose what it was, but that is how i came up with TheForgivenOne, since i am forgiven

Well honestly, what army can ever be as rhetorically glorious as the army of God?

Before I got banned from MTGO (Magic The Gathering Online) for abuse, I had an offensive username that the administration there forced me to change. They froze my account until I sent them 3 new possible username candidates, that they would chose from, that they would ultimately replace my offensive username with. The 3 names that I sent them were demonfork, demonknife and demonspoon, they chose demofork. Ever since then I have just always used demonfork as my "gamer" name.

Stalinism with BigBallin characteristics.

I killed an old gypsy woman in New Jersey back in 1989. I took her name to avoid any metaphysical repercussians.

My friend ([player]LED ZEPPELINER[/player]) and I flipped to a random page in the dictionary to get "killing;" I added a 44 to it as my baseball number; the "the" was, well, I don't know—same with the periods.

It's my name irl. :\

Comes from the book Starship Troopers, and of course the awesome movie. I have used similar names recently, Johnny Rico, and now Rico Nipples. I only use Rico Nipples when playing the source-mod, Neo Tokyo. I doubt any of you play the game, so I will elaborate why it's significant to the name Rico Nipples. Basically, the game is loosely based around the Manga "Ghost in the Shell", and the primary gameplay type is "Capter the ghost." Well, the ghost has a rather nice set of breasts with nipples. So, it's often joked about to "cap the nipples!" Meaning to capture the ghost to score points. JohnRico/Rico Nipples/Neo Rico Nipples are my most current handle I use to date.

This little gem is from the old 90s cheesy hacker movie Hackers. So it's essentially the handle of a fictitious hacker. :O
This is my second most current handle, and on some games I still use it.

Well, to bungle something is obvious, and at the time I was sporting this handle I was new to the whole first person shooter scene. Counter-Strike and unreal were my games then. The handle was, and is, named after one of my all-time favorite bands from the late-80s and early 90s before they broke up to persue other interests.
It has been many years since last using this handle.

A spin off of my name. I thought it clever that a haze would be your killer, so hence the name. TheHayze killed player joeschmoe with the m4.

I guess im the bastard son of Two A's....which is ironic since as a teenager, im sure I told my parents as much.
