hey flex,

Just wanted to let you know that the Big East matchup between rivals WVU and Pittsburgh has yet to tip off. There has bad weather and Pitt couldnt make the trip. (i.e. - Pitt has yet to join game!!!)

Did you make up the scores? If you tally the deployed armies, I won my game 101-81, Not 113-112.

Pitt is about to forfeit...I sent out a second reminder yesterday...he has a about an hour to join before you get the auto win.

No...no...it's much more complex than that...first I start with the weather in Oregon on the day that the game is completed and a multiply that by the number of neutral territories remaining in round 4....

just kidding...

It is mostly on troop deploys, but there is also a small bonus to the losing team for the number of rounds he survives.
