Before that, they were all busy posting "Michele Obama has a penis" with that photo that showed a her slacks with a suggestive fold in them, probably just a random effect of blowing in the wind.

To the far right, truth has literally zero value. The only way they judge the value of a statement is whether it can hurt their opponent. If it might hurt their opponent, it's fair game, no matter how outlandish it might be.
