haha not now anyways, I've increased in muscle mass everywhere..... anyways, you need to start with a specific workout and work your way up... I'm a personal Trainer for 24Hour Fitness and so the trainer in me says that you need to start out on a stability phase training regime and move upward to strength endurance as time goes on.. google it

Lol thanks. And Dans I play basketball almost everyday its hard to implement a strength training program aswell. I do as many perfect pushups and chinups as I can afford. I worry I'm not getting enough calories in me and things like that because of my crazy ass metabolism that kills everything I put in my body.

lol, I hear ya, my metabolism is the same way... basically you need to intake a ton of chicken and slowly build from there.. with Basketball, it kinda won't help your case to build muscle but you could become ripped.

lol... all a matter of opinion... being ripped is just a phase that can make a person look better and lower body fat...

I'm in more corners of the internet than you think. I can't be expected to remember the exact date and time I post everything. Whether I said it three years ago, or last month it doesn't change the fact that hockey is pretty fucking ghey.
