Hugh do you reckon the Auld firm should of moved to the English league in the mid 80's when Rangers had Terry Butcher, Chris Woods,Ray Wilkins,Graham Roberts and Trevor Steven in their side. i'm just thinking they missed the boat back then.

Hmm, it would have boosted our money and the rest of scottish football would hve improved as they would have been challengiing for the title and getting into europe every season. However i think there was too much opposition from mid-table english teams, and it would have been wierd were ment to be scottish so why should we play in england?
from a purely buisness side it would have been good
However i still think you should play in the league from the country you are in not just the one you want to play in.

Plus, the SPL would represent something like the Hungarian First Division.

no it wouldnt
ok the rest of the teams arent great but with the extra money from winning the league more desire to win because the titles up for grabs and more teams in europe would mean the standard would be raised, and even now the spl (-auld firm) are a lot more talented than the hungarian first division.
ps red bull? americans lol.

i must agree with Hugh even though he is a "sellick" fan. the SPL would benefit more if the Auld Firm were to leave. even though the interest in the SPL is the Auld Firm with TV companies, there would be more competion.

how United never scored is beyond me.
our season is almost over. Reading 2
Man City 0
Richard Dunne went of injured, we may of had a penalty and now without Dunne and Richards we'll struggle through the last 9 games.

Update form the Croatian League
Dinamo - Hajduk 1-0
Although it's Croatian biggest derby match (North versus South) it turned up to be a pretty boring game. Verpakovskis, Cernat and Živković were injured for Hajduk and Dinamo couldn't count on their young Brazilian star Sammir.
Vrdoljak scored a header after a corner in minute 37. Rest of the game was a battle at the midfield with a few chances. Hajduk missed a great one on one chance in ref's time when Bušić, who returned from his loan to Dynamo Kiev, tried to dribble the ball, but German goalkeeper Koch just punched it.
EDIT: Rijeka played 0-0 with Šibenik so Dinamo has 17 points more than Rijeka and 19 more than Hajduk.
