Is that an admission of why you are hard defending Pepe? That would certainly explain you and pepe's play, but I don't buy in to the logic.

Let's say it's you and Pepe, and pepe votes you out. Then Pepe kills Loose. 4 alive, 1 scum, 1 mason, two vanilla. Pepe would just have to convince the others to kill me or Max and he could win on the last day.

One town does need to be mislynched for the win, but not necessarily today.

In fact, it might even be preferable to kill the other mafia today, because if we mislynch there is a real threat from each mafia faction to the other. They have to kill the other one to win outright and the longer the leave it the more chance the other pulls the trigger first.

To win mafia must mislynch a townie yes, but they also must kill the other mafia and not get killed themselves. So you can be rest assured I think its you sonic, I would be going for you regardless of alignment.

It's controlled end play. Convince some people to vote for Pepe or Max instead of you and win. The alternative is to hope and pray the other side don't kill you while you kill loose and hand them the game.

It's telling though that sonic really believes this plan, today he went after Loose, and then me, despite previously thinking we were town, why? Why is he defending Pepe so hard when at the start of the day he thought he was scum? Because he believes he has to mislynch a vanilla townie today.

He is literally telling you his plans, lynch him already.

There's a few unusual voting stances that have been taken recently.

I want us all to consider what if anything they might signify.

Its not Pepe. I was sure he was town and i took a gamble by not voting for him.

Then Pepe replied. His reply was a honest reaction because if Pepe was scum then he should not have said that but just hammer me instead saying "following mason Loose here so vote SoN!c". And thats that.

Then 2 scum hitting masons/the other scum/town tonight so tomorrow probably 3 left. Pepe as scum would vote PMC/DDS i think and PMC would vote Loose.

Its not me either. If i was scum i would have taken Loose his deal and voted Pepe. Loose is clearly running the masons so 3 votes on Pepe there and PMC already said he'd consider Pepe..thats 4.

Secondly you only draw if you kill all the townies, and at any point one side can screw the other by killing them instead.

Pepe not voting sonic now is not surprising, he wouldn't instantly win if he did. However its strange that he isn't willing to eventually switch his vote if he fails to convince us, at least on current claims.

Like, if the choice came down to someone I know is town (me) amd someone I just think is town, you surely have to vote for the one you just think is town if you fail to convince on anyone else.

I guess he maybe still has hopes to convince you. Or else he just thinks differently from me

As scum, there is the added motivation that by appearing unconcerned with one's own life, you appear more townie.
