I think one way attack and the arrows explains it. Attacks/Forts Only Via Arrows found a little, confusing to me.

I think your borders are too bright compared to the rest of the map. As I've said, this feels washed out. I don't personally like the dullness of it, but you're in the forge, so be it. The colored borders though, are a bit bright. Have you tried black (or gray)?
COuld you also maybe tone down the borders/background where the territ text is over top of it? - Like mainly up in Hebrides is the only problem area i see.
You know what would be cool - is if you would add some relief to the map, like a
bump map. See the mini-map up in the left - how there is some darker terrain areas? That would be cool on the large map as well. I can kind of see a little swirly pattern on the land areas, but not really.
Yes - the bold bright borders need something done. Now my eyes are drawn to them.

I notice that territory names have been revised in this update so how about continents too ?
"South West England" would be adequate.
"The West Country" or "The South West" would be in keeping with typical UK nomenclature ...
If it isn't too late I think this
is worth at least commenting on ...

And I agree with this part of what RJBeals is talking about too.

I think I suggested using the West Country as the area name way back at the beginning of this thread somewhere... Come on gimil - you know it makes sense

So there's 54 pages that I don't want to search through to see if this was resolved already, but Hebrides attacks South Highlands in the original map, not North Highlands.

The Isle of Wight needs a little distance so that a clear connection to the mainland is needed.
NOTE: Rember to fix RJ's border concerns.

nice map. the text in the bottom left corner might look a little better if it wasn't so spaced out. but if you like it like that, that's fine too!

I'm very sure this has been said before in this thread, but I can't find where. After all, there's 55 pages...
Isn't Hebrides supposed to be connected to Southern Highlands?

This looks better and better all the time

The only thing I think you missed was the overly-spaced-out text on the Key... There isn't any real reason the abbreviations need to be so far apart.
Other than that, I think this is finally there

Thanks benn! When I get home from my friends tonight I will do that change and post an updated XML with the new continent name!

on the large map, it looks as if cumberland can attack lothian & borders. the cumberland-northumberland border needs to be redrawn so that it runs into the middle tower of hadrian's wall.

Very nice.
The cumberland-northumberland boarder overlaps hadrians wall a tiny bit on the small map but apart for that I think you ought to be done
