Ajax Bob problems

by marpesia
I need some help please, I am having the same problems that others are having but can't seem to fix it.
I see that it says to clear the cache and retest, call me "computer challenged", but not sure how to do this.
If someone can help me out, it would be great.
I don't know if I just check back for posts here or leave my user name for emails.
I really am desperate to be able to play without having to get out and back into game after each attack!!!
My user name is marpesia.
I am fairly new to CC.
Can someone help me?
Thanks,
marpesia

What kind of problems?

BOB and this game

My game #1622580

Age of Merchants, gets this error (Firebug):
ctn has no properties
recurseContinents(span.JumpClick, "Pirate Cove and Port_4,Pirate Cove and Port_7,Pirate Cove and Port_8,Pirate Cove and Port_9")greasemonkey.js (line 4727)
updateMagicMap()greasemonkey.js (line 4751)
(no name)(Object)greasemonkey.js (line 2794)
(no name)()xmlhttprequester.... (line 112)
[Break on this error] undefined

Had a hard time finishing my move, closed Firefox, loaded new greasemonkey, reloaded cache, all the tricks, no joy. So far only Age of Merchants has the problem if that is any help using BOB 4.1.2

Hmmm - this might be a genuine bug you have here!!!

In fact that is a genuine bug - it was something that I introduced whilst fixing another bug... where continents with commas in couldn't have clickhandlers...

Hmmm - I'll have a think about that and fix it shortly...

In the interim - turn off Map Inspect and it will work.

Hey Yeti, love the terminator points summary...

Any possibility you could extend that as a point summary for all games, as it would make life -so- much easier for us tournament organiser types who need to see what order people were knocked out in, or who knocked out who. Having it summarised easily at the bottom of the page would be extremely helpful.

Cheers

Hmmm - this now sounds like a reasonable addition - I was confused as to why anybody would've wanted it before!!! (Although it does sound like a switchable option)

i snooped around using my good friend google and they did have a buggy version up very briefly - that's what I get for doing upgrades (esp. security ones) quickly all the time :( anyway all's well that ends well. Thanks again for your help and your work on this script in general

ps I lke Tieryn's idea it would be handy for tournieys and even for reviewing ongoing games esp. escalating ones as it helps to know who was eliminated when and by whom.

So you reckon that it doesn't need to be an option? - Just on?

Set it as coded on first and it can always be moved to toggleable (sp?) (is that even a word) later.
