I believe he said something like, when you ask for permission, and don't receive a response, you can go ahead with the map, as long as you use all original artwork.

i think the gameplay aspect of this map will be a little boring

Human Body?

Would this be even plausible? It would certainly be very interesting if it actually worked.

If someone would be willing to take a shot at making the graphics, I'd be willing to help design it.

I'm assuming no specific reference maps are needed

is there actually any permission needed if all artwork is original and names are changed?

New Map, Unnamed... Interest? (HAND DRAWN FIRST DRAFT)

This is the hand drawn first draft of an original map I made in Social Studies, I was wondering if anybody liked it, what I should do to it, and stuff like that. None of the places are named, so I need names too...

Draft 1 (6/2/07):

Wait, and yet nobody has acted on it... Am I missing something, or was it just shot down 99999.... times?

What reasons did people have that the idea was undoable?

...I'm wondering.. Why did you have crayons in social studies?
But I have a feeling there wont be much appeal, seeing as its just a made up map.. Not based on anything.

If you know what im talking about give feedback

the white tower could be the pinnacle, and the towns could be countries of themselves, and it would look roughly like this -

I don't think lack wants to get sued by an over-protective parent who's child was emotionally scarred by playing a risk game on a human body

That is, in my mind, the most pressing issue.

Yeah, you should give your map a concept, it'll make it look more attractive. So far it's just a doodle.

Well, I for one say it's doable, and it'd be awesome.

 You dont have to give it suggestive genitals. In fact if it's an internal thing (organs, etc) it doesn't need genitals at all.

If I were you I would try to find a copy of this book by del rey. in the back there is a fairly good map of the galaxy with some 160 systems/planets. the book also kind of pulls together the story from all of the books, games, and films. I would at least try to find one at a library for the chart/map. good luck
