Two spots open as I near closing for this tourney. The next two in get a spot if they join by the time I pour my cereal in the morning otherwise the No. 1 and 2 seeds will get a first-round bye, and I'll set the bracket and send out the first three holes.

Hole #1s are out....players will have 72 hours to join their map or they will forfeit the hole...so if you're heading out of town or unable to join give me a heads up and I'll adjust accordingly.

Good luck everyone, remember you must win in 12 rounds or less to claim the hole.

Holes #2 and #3 will go out later today.

Early results are in and affected scorecards have been posted. The bracket is under the scorecards.

All right everyone...I've checked into the open games and in most cases I simply had typos on usernames, so many of those should be joined shortly.

Sugar Ray Army has through Thursday to fix his pm profile or he will be forfeited in the first-round.

Redtildie has through Thursday to join at least one of the first three holes or each of those holes will be forfeited.

If a player misses their set of holes a second time, they will be taken out of the tourney and their opponent will get an automatic win for that round.

Proving that his golf game hasn't suffered after toiling all season as a college basketball coach, NHL coach, MLB manager and NBA coach, Plash Ricrem has started the first round with a vengeance, going 3 up on AtreidiesHouse through 3. When asked about his early success Ricrem attributed it to countless hours of Tiger Woods 09 and hours at the local miniature golf course.

Fresh batch of games sent out to all players...also danryan advances to second round via forfeit after his opponent deadbeats.

Bracket and scorecards are updated through weekend action with most players working toward the end of the front nine.

We do have one official result with #40 soccerghost winning "5 & 4" against #25 KraphtOne, using an 11-round victory on Circus Max to close out the victory.

Also on upset watch is #50 Evil Semp who is 2-Up on #15 seed Witt13 through 12 holes.

Just reread the rules, and I guess this is a halve, won in 14th round.

correct...any game that goes 13 rounds or longer is considered "halved", although the winner of the most "halved" maps will get the nod if the match goes to a tiebreaker.
