I will PM the answer to a neutral person before I announce who advances, so they can verify when you say I'm rigging it, which somebody will.

If you chose to help:
You rush in to save some patients. Many can get out on their own, but you cart out a cripple and an epilitic. You run out the door with them into the fresh air.

Andy was the neutral, ask him if you doubt my power.
