doesn't few usually mean three?

Not when I had a ton of roles to try to process and warnings to issue out. Several players are getting a warning for not sending in actions during the night and/or not reading their pms. Until further notice DN and Tal are not in the game as I'm getting replacements for them hopefully at some point tomorrow.

After a very quiet night British General John Burgoyne was returning back to his house. He had just had a successful night patrolling the woods and preventing an action from taking place. As he was camping out in Saratoga, he was suddenly struck by a bullet that killed him.

GA7 Roleblock British General John Burgoyne has been offed during the night.

It is now day, you may begin to vote.

Hmmm. Not a lot to go on at the moment. He didn't even say much of anything besides commenting on the lack of motivation to do anything, though I'm sure cop roles will soon begin suggesting things discretely, so we'll see.

Once again ga7 finds himself on the mafia and losing side in a game with me! There's just no escaping it is there?

It's a real shame that all the interesting stuff that usually comes before your death was missed out this time though.

I think that there is a group of mafia (or something to that extent) and a group of town

I think it'll play out similarily to the civil war game, with two large main factions that don't know who their teammates are. That being said, the fact that there was only one death last night is strange, as I figured both factions would have killing powers. They may have both targetted ga7, I suppose, or the british guy may have been roleblocked.

Hey LSU finally i gave my grade exam and now i am free for play, so i'll read day one and post something more substantial later (i hope this saves me of the post restriction )

i would agree with the assessment that it is in all likelyhood going to have two major factions with some offshoot third party things here and there, though they could be stronger perhaps in this version than the last. It also seems possible that MM is a member of the American side of things.

i was under the impression that britain is the/a town faction... especially as ga7's role is listed as "roleblocker" (as opposed to "mafia roleblocker")

no embarassed that i forgot to bold in my first post

my guess is that the killing last night was done via 3rd party. The rest of us risk too much taking random shots and possibly killing one of our own. Though now that several of you have outed yourself for one side or t'other you make nice targets for the opposing side

Or maybe that's what I want you to think.

Clearly someone else missed the fact that there is no true "mafia" in this game, just two factions with possible 3rd party involvement.

so you're saying that it is probable that there are two main factions(in this case the british and the rebel americans) that don't know who each other are and both have something like viges that can kill and there is a third faction that could possibly just be mafia

I doubt this game has a true informed minority. But I agree, I'm guessing third party killed ga7.
