ok.....i just think that the apocalypic stuff is getting old. i think that there will be a blatant sign from God. i believe that there will be someone who God will have talked to and told, here's what's gonna happen. there will be an anti-christ. i haven't seen anyone who would fit the bill. And all of this just seems to make the Apocalypse is going to happen now, scene look far fetched. im sure there will be an Apocalypse, i'm just questioning when

The one who "brings peace to the Middle East" by signing a 7 year (Tribulation) peace treaty with Isreal is the anti-christ. I personally believe this will be a Pope.

You need an other option for the poll.
I think it will be the EU. The EU is getting larger and larger and has a rapidly growing influence on other countries, more so than China and India. Its space program is also much more advanced compared to the Chinese (although it hasnt sent anyone to space yet).
India has to sort out its problems with Pakistan before it can be a super power.
It wasn't that long ago (1960's) that Japan was growing at the rate China is now, and people were wondering when they were going to stop. Sooner or later the chinese will have living standards close to the western world, and it will be some other country or block of that will be growing extrodinarly quickly (eg. Africa).
For an outside chance, i say Brazil, they have the makings to become a world power.

I had loads of writing here but for some reason it didnt post ill try it in breif
1. Central America merged into 2 countries Mexico and ?
2. U.S.A. will have loads of influnence over Carribean countries
3. E.U. will engulfed all of Europe exept Switzerland.
4. Belarus will become a waste land...probably reclaimed by russia
5. the little bit of russia deep in europe will become prussia again
6. Falklands will be independant
7. U.K. = England and N.I..Wales being part of England
8. Russia for a while will split into sub-countries e.g. Siberia but then rejoin as a union not unlike the U.S.
9. The countries that end in stan will form a union/one country
10. China's economy will trip over itself
11. Sri Lanka will be part of india (again?)
12. Aussie Land will have a lot more say in the world
13. World War 3 will be sparked by growing african nations waring with each other

I agree with everything but that china commet i think that because it is growing rapidly but think about this.... If im correct western china is still very poor so it would take about a 1000 years to trip itself. now at the unstability of the US economy that could trip over itself if it remains unstable

true, the US has an unstable economy, but even when they've had a depression, they worked well to become a worldpower. they will always be at least somewhat dominant

I sort of meant that China's Internal problems will catch up with the growing economy and all confidence will be lost and... well it depends how the chinese handle it.

there is no way china could be a world power when we can send its economy into the shitter by just stop buying tshirts from them. india isnt anywhere near even amoderate power let alone a superpower. the eu blows because it really doesn have any authority(by that i mean no army). the only thing canada could be a world power at is lumberjacking or that sport with the big rock and the brooms America will always be the most powerful because no matter what country you live in even if you hate america given half a chance... no not even that a 16th of a chance you would live get a job and buy a nice white picket fence, two car garage, pool in the back house and settle down. the only "country" that scares me is a United Middle East because they control alot of the worlds oil and if we dont do something about alternitave feuls soon they we'd be screwed.
