So a player could cash on his first turn?
Not interested in this as I think it is nice that currently three complete rounds have to be played before spoils can come out. If they start coming out in the first, or early second, I think that takes away from the game not add to it.

Disagree. If you added a poll the balance between yes and no and neutral would be clearer.
