Nope, think Mr. Law's (I loved when the Pat's secondary had Law and Lawyer Milloy) peak was about 5 short of the record, as I recall.

OK - the player with the highest single-season interception total has is nicknamed after the preeminent "bum wine".

If that doesn't help, he started playing in the NFL over 50 years ago.

Alright time for some hints and a bump...

- Also a major league pitcher, gave up two homeruns to Babe Ruth in his 60 HR season.
- Position was fullback
- Scored six touchdowns and kicked 4 extra points in the record breaking game

some team in league two i think cause shrewsbury beat macclesfield 4-0 and weren't even top of the table cause of goal difference. can't remember the team though, might have been darlington?
