Perception is strong and sight weak. In strategy it is important to see distant things as if they were close and to take a distanced view of close things. -Myamoto Musashi

killmanic, topper, Bones2484, RoOkAz, and DimnjacarStef have been schooled in the techinique of the two swords as one...

We're waiting one more game to end before we can move on to Step 2. Sadly, as I've picked it to be foggy then there's no way that I can tell how far they are with finishing the game and I doubt that they are willing to tell me

From each 6 Step 1 games we have all first drop outs and I'm sad to say but following books were and will never be written:
  • [player]daydream[/player] (People with blue hair are better lovers by Olaf Mitender)
  • [player]topper[/player] (Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance by Robert M. Pirsig)
  • [player]Gozar[/player] (Conquering the World and Other Recipes by Chef Art Vandalay)
  • [player]graulenst[/player] (Hells Angels by Hunter S. Thompson)
  • [player]kbman[/player] (The Do's and Don'ts of Dictartorship by King KBMan the Third)
  • [player]cougfan82[/player] (Playing for Pizza by John Grisham)

I feel that the world and this tournament have lost some important literature but that's the harsh world of CC

Step 2 will begin as last game of Round 1 begins. Then I will also form games for 2nd round because then I'll get "freshest" points :D

Step 2 games have been made and I'll be sending out messages shortly. Also, updated "scoreboard" is in post 1 but there's nothing interested in it

Reminder has been sent to the person who hasn't joined the last open spot in Step 2. Otherwise it seems that Step 2 is starting without problems.

I'll be mostly very busy during weekend so if I don't respond PMs then know that you'll get everything answered next week.

Cheers,
amazzony

Thanks for the result :)

Besides DimnjacarStef, we have another 3 dropouts: joshsoccer7, Kotaro and jennifermarie. Only 1 game hasn't had its first elimination. Though it doesn't have much importance in overall speed of the tournament because Step 3 will not start before all round 2 games will end.

All Step 2 games have ended and it is time to say thanks for trying and better luck next time to:

  • [player]joshsoccer7[/player] (Taking Over the World by Joshsoccer7)
  • [player]DimnjacarStef[/player] (How to lose 700 points in 3 weeks by Dimnjacar Stef)
  • [player]Lobster Crush[/player] (Midnight's Children by Salman Rushdie)
  • [player]Kotaro[/player] (Empty Streets by Kotaro (Fuma))
  • [player]jennifermarie[/player] (Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen)

Step 3 games are made and will be sent out after I finish this message :)
So far things have been easy, you had to survive long enough and not be the first one eliminated to get to next round. This Step is harder - to advance to Step 4, to finals, you have to win your game.

Play fair, play nice and enjoy!
