Magneto has succeeded in defeating his old friend Professor Charles Xavier. The last report had something to do with the iron in Xavier's blood.

Flash, lured to the African continent, has bested Gorilla Grogg and taken him into custody.

Actually there was some suggestion made that Magneto used his powers to influence the initial army placement because it was unusually favorable to the Master of Magnetism. But he also alleged that Prof X used his powers to try to cloud his mind and make him make a mental mistake in round 5 that could have been a turning point. At the end of the contest he did congratulate his good friend Charles on a well-played match and wished him the best in future encounters with his opponents and if he needed any help to give him a call and he would team up with him any time.

Elsewhere, General Thunderbolt Ross has succeeded in bringing the Hulk into custody. Dr. Banner is now recovering in a heavily padded cell with lots of soothing music filtering in.

What happens when you sell your soul to the devil. You lose as Ghost_Rider found out in his battle against Mephisto. Similarly, Steroid enhanced Captain America has been defeated by the Red Skull.

Following his surrender, Steve Rogers is indicted on multiple criminal charges. As he is brought to a federal courthouse, a sniper shoots him in the back. In the chaos that ensues, he is wounded three more times in the stomach and chest. Rogers is taken to a hospital, where he dies. The assassination, orchestrated by the Red Skull, involves Crossbones as the sniper and Dr. Faustus posing as a S.H.I.E.L.D. psychiatrist, who gives Sharon Carter a hypnotic suggestion to shoot Rogers at a crucial moment
