look they wont give me the privleges os theres nnothing i can do if you email them maybe they will give them to me

I'm not sure who cam submitted the form to. But, I sent a PM over a week ago, which has not yet been read.

So, for now, I am moving this to Abandoned. If he returns and wishes to resurrect this tourney I'll move it back.
