I know I wasn't asked, but personally I'm modelling myself off the humble everyday man. A man of the people, with good in his heart, and calluses on his hands. Maybe he doesn't care much for chocolate, but for the foreseeable future we will be aligned in purpose and intention with all those who care for this flawed, but beautiful community we have here today. I can only hope that we can collectively overcome the trials and tribulations which may yet face us and find peace and tranquility from a troubled world.

Of the flavour/poem there's quite a bit that implies 3 factions to me, also a vampire faction, also that results of night actions can be deceptive.
I don't mind players giving their interpretations/thoughts on flavour./poem.

Of the notable postings so far giving indications of players alignments;

Charle's lets get the mafia opening post is to me a bit stock in trade that Charle has posted as town or as mafia in the past.
Slight mafia leaning for me this game but very slight.

Halrob's cor blimey what a set up post is the most mafia leaning post for me so far, even though its not that strong after he explained it.
But his diversion/joining diversion onto Kong now has sort of rekindled my mafia suspicion of Halrob somewhat.

Kongs post - yes it was strange. I can't imagine why Kong posted it as Mafia right now.
I am thinking there probably was purpose to it from Kongs point of view though - and if so that could be nefarious.
Right now I'm happy for others to pressurise Kong, if they want to - but unless/until something else falls out from it - I won't be adding to the pressure with my vote.

I'm wondering if one player has a day role choosing a player to interrogate, Kong was chosen, and Kong had to say what sonic told him
to say - which in turn would be a clue about kongs role.

Weekends are always silent for me, lots of sport and drinking to do, and one thing I learned in my life, don't get online when you had too much to drink, most of the time you will regret it.

There are many roles that are day roles, or at least have powers in both day and night.
And also our crazy host is probably open to make his own roles, like that would be so SoN!c

Yeah its very silent here, not like last game, but we don't have like 2 of the most active members of the laste game in this one (sonic and chana).
But its D1 too, I hate hate hate D1, but ok maybe I have to start liking it.
Still feel like no lynch is the way to go, but maybe we get some claims out of peoples?
Or that did not work out good in last game, Halrob giving up that he was the cop made everything way easier for me when I was scum then.
So yeah maybe we do not put pressure without having at least something to go on.

Like kong's post is way to weak of a lead, if anything I would say that the post from him would make him town, since he is to good to post something like that as scum, but he is also good enough to do a doublebluff with it

The Kongming controversy seems the main Day 1 wedge issue SOFAR. It seems manufactured because the method was Reid, the motive—unseen,
A truth to be crafted, not merely gleaned.

@halrob64, it seems a bit too overeager to want to lynch someone based on one weird post to which we have no idea of the background. Maybe start by asking questions and then push using your vote. But first we go for a claim. Not a blind lynch.

Moreover, one must expect a very hands-on mod when Son!c is modding, so there's no way of saying that what he posted isn't mod directed. (And if it was given away in a poem, Haiku, Limerick, or something in that vein, I didn't bother...)

One thing I do know, however, is that no self-respecting scum - no matter how experienced - would waltz in here, drawing attention to themselves like that. Usually, scum stays quiet in the beginning to see how things unfold. Unless they have a psychological need to talk incessantly

One thing to be extra cautious of re sonics latest post is he is implying either or is guilty/innocent.
I would think both interrogator and interrogee could be either guilty or innocent.

1) Are you an experienced player at mafia games?
2) Why did you feel the need to introduce yourself in such an archaic way that clearly would arouse comment and suspicion
3) Were you directed to post by Sonic as others are impying here?

I agree completely with Ragian, we need to push for a claim first. In that case, I think I am going to try a claim out of Rob first. Not that we want to reveal our roles this early, but he sounds the most scummy to me at the moment.
