No synthol is not at all like Botox. It’s straight up poison that causes massive inflammation in muscle tissue and cartoonish (and not natural looking) muscles that are not any stronger than before. Gear does not cause inflammation and does make you stronger.

I am in the gym 6 days a week and I compete. I do not do any forearm isolation work.
