Re: CFB Tournament (ONGOING)
Updated rankings through Week 12 are in the OP. With two games remaining in the regular seasaon, here are the top 15 teams:
1.G0rgatr0n - He has the inside track on an SEC championship. A solid 80-pt lead in ATP score all but guarantees G0rgatr0n the top seed in the playoff bracket.
2. ReDBuLLS - The number 2 overall, but not the current leader of the Big 10. He can clinch a title with a win over RKCVED.
3. ABN-PFDR - Leading the ACC AND within striking distance of a #2 seed AND the byes that come with it.
4. aalii - Must win the next two weeks to clinch a conference title. (Incidentally, both games are against teams with whom aalii is currently sharing the division lead).
5. Puddleglum - Not bad for a marshwiggle. He has the half-game lead over the rest of the division, but yvesyves holds the tie-breaker if it comes to that...
6. barley - A tough loss this week against ABN-PFDR knocks barley back 2 spots AND cedes the division lead. However, he can still qualify with a strong finish.
7. actorday - The second of three BIG 10 team to be ranked in front of the division leader, RKCVED. Win out and he probably earns an at-large bid.
8. dowian2 - With an average SEC record, dowian2 will need to win out (and get some help) in order to make the playoff.
9. yvesyves - To win the BIG East and qualify, he must win his final two games (or hope Puddleglum loses his fiinal game of the season).
10. Mojo2222 - Back-to-back loses take Mojo from the number 2 seed to the brink of elimination. He's not out of the hunt for the SEC title yet - but will have to win out AND have G0rgatr0n lose out.
11. Dukasaur- The PAC12 can't get any respect. But Dukasaur is still sitting pretty on a 1-game lead in the race for the conference championship. Beat MattiWackin and the title is his.
12. Jimmy - He can't quite win the SEC title, but he can still claw his way into contention for a wildcard spot.
13. Wizz00 - Wizz has followed 4-straight conference loses with 3-straight wins. Can he ride a winnings streak into the playoff?
14. murphy16 - He might be outside of the top 10, but he is very much alive in the hopes for a conference title. Win out, and he goes bowling.
15. brett2000 - Out of the hunt for a conference title, but very much alive. I'm saying there's a chance.
Invitations for Weeks 13 & 14 will go out before this weekend.

Re: CFB Tournament (WINNER: ABN - PFDR)
Congratulations to the champion, ABN - PFDR!!
And bravo to the runner up, G0rgatr0n for a valiant effort. It came down to the last game of the series.
Thank you, everyone for playing! I plan on hosting this tournament again next college football season and will make some tweaks to the formula. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
Thanks again!
